FSAP provides managers and non-manager faculty and staff help with issues regarding leadership and career counseling.


For managers, the FSAP can assist with consultations on how to make a referral to the FSAP, consultations about situations that emerge in the workplace related to fitness for duty and FMLA. For non-managers, FSAP can assist with career planning through career counseling and coaching services. FSAP can also help non-managers with strategies for enhancing their success in the workplace.
