Organizational Dynamics

Organizational Dynamics focuses on the problematic behaviors, challenges and/or concerns pertaining to change, conflict, communication and difficult team dynamics, as well as leadership and staff issues interfering with individual productivity and work goals.

FSAP strives to assist an organizational unit in meeting their individual and collective goals and objectives. Following an initial assessment with the leader(s) of the unit, FSAP can customize workshops or other strategies targeting the challenges of your work environment.
