• Consultation Services
  FSAP provides consultation services to faculty and staff interested in developing personal enhancement action plans for broadening their professional skills. This may include enhancing communication skills with supervisor, co-workers, team members or customers; conflict mediation skills; and/or negotiating resources.
  
  
• Coaching Services
  FSAP provides one-on-one sessions to help employees design a plan to reach professional and personal goals. These sessions can help enhance communication in personal and professional relationships, identify skills that need to be developed, or set goals to achieve or maintain work/life balance.

• Career Counseling Services
  • Emory University - FSAP offers individual career counseling for Emory University faculty, staff and physicians who are seeking to enhance or change careers. Counseling can assist in exploring career values, establishing professional goals, and identifying information to make informed and educational decisions related to your career path.
  • Emory Healthcare (EHC) - FSAP supports the group workshop services offered by EHC Organizational Development and Learning Services (ODLS). For more information about the Career Development Workshop offered by ODLS, call (404) 712-7176.
