Move More Challenge returns with new ways to track your steps

The Move More Challenge is returning to Emory! The ever-popular, employee physical activity challenge is back this spring with an all new approach.

Now in its third year, the Move More Challenge is a fun, interactive community-wide event that encourages Emory employees to increase their daily physical activity using an activity tracker and engage in a little friendly competition with their fellow co-workers. This year's challenge, however, is a bit different from past year's challenges.

Even more good news, two teams from Emory Healthcare, Employee Health Services and Occupational Injury Management, joined forces in 2017 to launch the Emory Health Management Program (EHMP), a new effort to help improve employee health.

Open up an opportunity for reflection and silence by attending "Breathe: stillness in the busy-ness" on Tuesdays at 4 p.m.
 
 
 

Register for the Harriet Tubman Hike on Saturday, March 10 at Sweetwater Creek State Park and learn how she guided slaves through the Underground Railroad.
 
 
 

Caregivers, learn strategies of nutritional self-care at "Caregiver Wellness: Take Time for Nutrition" on Wednesday, March 21.
