• Change Management
  The only stable factor in life is change. The change management program offered by FSAP discusses the stages of change, individual reactions to change, and ways to deal with change effectively.
  
  
• Mediation Services & Facilitated Discussions
  Team members involved in conflict may want to explore alternative mechanisms for resolving their issues. Conflict resolution processes such as mediation and/or facilitated discussions may be used to help these individuals resolve issues and work together more effectively.
  
  
• Organizational Assessments
  FSAP professionals will conduct assessments to gather information from all individuals who work in a particular unit to understand their perceptions and observations of their work environment, and possible suggestions for change. Assessment data, gathered through interviews, focus groups or surveys, can be utilized to plan both short-term and long-term strategies for enhancing the overall effectiveness of the work environment.
  
  
• Organizational Interventions
  Intervention workshops focus on a particular topic deemed as appropriate for the enhancement or development of work units. FSAP can design and implement an OD intervention to focus on that area. Workshops can be developed in different time limits to accommodate the needs of the work unit.
  
  
• Strategic Planning
  FSAP can provide professional assistance for work units that are developing and/or modifying their strategic directions and goals. After a consultation with the team leader to determine the stages and goals for the strategic planning process, an FSAP professional will design a process to assist the work unit with its strategic planning development.
