What: monthly pass to attend WW meetings at work or in the community
Cost:  $39.95/month (less than community rate of $42.95/month)
Where*: TEC-A, Brown Auditorium, Tunnel Level (or choose a community location)
When: Mondays at 12:30-1:00pm (weigh-ins start at 12:15pm).
How:  All registration and payment is online. See registration instructions below.

Registration:

ALL CURRENT E-TOOL USERS MUST DO THIS STEP FIRST:
1. Call Customer Service at 1-866-204-2885
2. Let the representative know
          a. You are signing up as a new customer through the portal
          b. You need to cancel your current account
          c. You want to keep your old information in the new account
3. Make sure you have the correct username and password
4. Go back to the registration page and register
5. Select the Monthly Pass option
6. Enter your previous username and password

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MONTLY PASS REGISTRATION (detailed step-by-step instructions available below) :
1. Go to: https://wellness.weightwatchers.com
2. Under New Registration enter:
            a. The Company ID: 16932
            b. The Company Passcode: WW16932
3. Follow the steps, being sure to select “Weight Watchers Meetings” (not “Online”).
4. After typing in the zip code, you may see a message stating “There aren’t any meetings in your workplace right now…,” however, you may click the “Buy Monthly Pass” button next to any of the nearby community meeting locations to complete your registration. Once 20 people have paid, Emory will show up as a meeting location. You may attend community meetings until meetings are held at Emory if you choose to.

IMPORTANT Payment Notice
Please note that the employee monthly pass fee of $39.95 is automatically charged to your credit card 15 days before the start of your billing cycle, and therefore two payments will be charged within the first month you sign up.  For instance, if you registered online via the portal on January 1st , you would pay $39.95 at that time (this would cover you for the entire month of January) and you would be automatically charged $39.95 on January 16th to cover the month of February.  Your next payment would fall on February 16th to cover the following month, and so on.

LIFETIME MEMBERS:
You are not required to register for the monthly pass; however, if you are more than 7 pounds over your target weight, you are required to purchase the monthly pass to attend meetings. Once you achieve your target weight again, you may cancel your monthly pass.

*Although this is the only meeting location at Emory, other days/locations may become available depending on demand. Approximately 20-25 people would need to indicate interest in a new meeting location for it to be considered.
